WHAT?

We are concerned with the question of how education can better empower young people to endure differences, change perspectives, and take responsibility.

 

WHY?

The ability to differentiate seems to play a crucial role, not least due to current developments. We believe that being able to recognize differences early on, to think in a differentiated way, and to deal constructively with differences has a lasting impact on the satisfaction and self-efficacy of young people, while simultaneously simplifying coexistence in society.

 

HOW?

We support educational institutions in creating spaces for dialogue where young people learn and experience that conflicts do not always mean a threat, but very often represent an opportunity for development. Our focus is on strengthening individual ambiguity tolerance—the ability to endure uncertainties and contradictions without fleeing into simplistic answers. In exchange with teachers and school administrators, we look for opportunities for participation where we can specifically contribute our skills, resources, and network.
